Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care for assigned patients on a per-shift basis
• Assume responsibility for patient care at the unit level, ensuring safe and appropriate nursing practice
• Supervise staff to whom appropriate patient care tasks have been delegated
• Support nursing leadership in maintaining high-quality, safe patient care standards
• Manage and allocate clinical resources appropriately in relation to patient care needs

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Experience in an IMCU, PCU, or Step-Down clinical setting
• Proficiency with Cerner electronic health records system
• Demonstrated ability to supervise and delegate care to clinical staff

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a cardiovascular, surgical, or medical ICU environment
• Familiarity with multi-unit critical and intermediate care settings
