Role: Operator II — Filler & Demolding Focus | Location: Arena, WI | Reports to: Production Supervisor

What you’ll do

• Set up and connect CIP systems in accordance with the Quality Manual.
• Run filler and demolder equipment; monitor, troubleshoot minor issues, and keep equipment clean.
• Support Class I operators and flex to other tasks as needed.
• Follow documented SOPs, SQF requirements, and GMPs rigorously.
• Escalate mechanical problems immediately to supervision/maintenance.
• Identify, correct, and communicate product defects quickly.
• Maintain a sanitized, orderly work area through routine washdowns and cleanup.
• Complete additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.

How you’ll be evaluated

• Communication quality with Production, QA, Maintenance, and peers.
• Demonstrated GMP compliance and safe work practices.
• Line efficiency and uptime.
• Incident reduction and adherence to safety protocols.
• Proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Loss control performance within established allowances while meeting V & V Supremo Foods, Inc. quality benchmarks.

• Internal: Plant Manager, Production Supervisors, Quality Associates, Maintenance, and cross-functional operators
• External: N/A

What you bring

• “Safety first” approach and strong communication.
• Ability to perform across Class V, IV, and III duties.
• Problem-solving skills; basic mechanical experience preferred.
• Familiarity with GMPs preferred; proficiency in food and beverage manufacturing.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

Direct food safety concerns to designated peers of equal level. Reference the responsibility org chart or consult your supervisor for guidance.

WORK ENVIROMENT & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Production roles are performed in a food manufacturing environment and require strict adherence to food safety, quality, and workplace safety standards, including use of required PPE. Employees may work in areas with variable temperatures, machinery noise, and exposure to food ingredients and sanitation chemicals. The role requires standing or walking for extended periods, performing repetitive tasks, and regularly lifting up to 25–35 pounds (occasionally up to 50 pounds with assistance).
