We recently launched our first retail space at Novo Marketplace in Allston and are growing across retail, wholesale, and online channels. Join us early and you'll help shape how a young brand connects with its customers every single day. The Role We’re looking for a full-time, high-energy person to be the face of our retail space. This is a hands‑on, on-your-feet role for someone who loves people, loves food, and isn’t afraid to start a conversation. You’ll be the reason someone walking by decides to step inside — and the reason they leave with a bag full of snacks and a smile. What you’ll do Draw people in: engage passersby, spark curiosity, and get them through the door Make it personal: guide customers through our lineup and make snack recommendations they’ll love Drive sales: turn foot traffic into happy, returning customers Keep it sharp: restock shelves and keep the space clean, organized, and inviting Own the space: handle opening and closing responsibilities Be a full member of the team: take pride in the store as if it were your own What we’re looking for Outgoing, confident, and genuinely comfortable talking to strangers Reliable and self-directed — someone we can trust to open and close A quick learner who thrives in a fast‑moving, early‑stage environment Passion for food, snacks, and good customer experiences Retail or sales experience is a plus, but hustle and personality matter most What you’ll get Full-time role with real ownership and startup exposure Direct access to the founders and a front‑row seat to a growing brand A fun, friendly team and a space that’s genuinely enjoyable to work in #J-18808-Ljbffr
