Job Summary

A dependable Shipping & Receiving Associate is needed for an indefinite temporary opportunity in Las Vegas, NV within the gaming manufacturing industry. This hands-on warehouse role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced production and distribution environment supporting shipping, receiving, inventory control, and preparation of gaming machines and parts.

This position offers a team-oriented workplace where reliability, accuracy, and a strong work ethic are valued. You will work closely with warehouse and assembly teams to keep inventory organized, shipments moving, and daily operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities

- Perform shipping and receiving duties, including preparing gaming machines, components, and parts for outbound shipment.
- Pull inventory accurately according to order requirements, including machines and parts.
- Bubble wrap machines, secure products on pallets, and prepare items for safe transport.
- Create shipping labels and assist with accurate shipment documentation.
- Conduct manual inventory counts and support accurate inventory recordkeeping.
- Assist with assembly-related tasks as needed to support warehouse and production workflow.

Compensation and Benefits

- Compensation: $19.00 per hour.
- Job Type: Indefinite temporary with the possibility of conversion.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Support daily shipping, receiving, inventory handling, and warehouse organization.
- Prepare products and parts for shipment, including wrapping, palletizing, labeling, and documentation.
- Pull inventory and complete manual counts to help maintain accurate stock records.
- Assist production and assembly teams with warehouse-related tasks as needed.

- 3 to 5 years of warehouse, shipping and receiving, inventory, or related logistics experience preferred based on experience level.
- Ability to perform physical warehouse work, including handling machines, parts, pallets, and packaging materials.
- Strong attention to detail when pulling inventory, counting stock, preparing shipments, and creating labels.
- Dependable attendance, strong work ethic, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working collaboratively with warehouse, production, and assembly teams.
- Ability to follow safety procedures, work instructions, and shipping documentation requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in manufacturing, electronics, gaming equipment, components, or semiconductor-related environments.
- Experience using shipping labels, palletizing procedures, and basic inventory tracking processes.
- Forklift, pallet jack, or material handling experience is a plus if applicable to the worksite.
