Responsibilities & Expectations:

The Warehouse Specialist supports the receipt, storage, movement, and dispatch of renewable energy equipment, including inverters, power electronics, and related components used in solar, wind, and battery storage. This role is key to ensuring equipment flows safely and efficiently between the warehouse, workshop, and customers.

* Receive, unload, and check incoming renewable energy equipment and parts

* Book equipment into warehouse systems and apply correct labelling

* Pick, pack, and prepare equipment for dispatch or internal transfer

* Move equipment between the warehouse, workshop, and storage areas using safe manual handling techniques and lifting aids

* Assist with stock control, cycle counts, and basic inventory checks

* Support workshop teams by staging equipment for repair and refurbishment

* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

* Follow company procedures, quality standards, and health & safety requirements

* Report damaged goods, shortages, or discrepancies

Qualifications and Competencies:

* Operate forklift

* Excellent organizational and time management skills

* Records maintenance skills preferred

* Inventory Management preferred

* Valid Driver's License required

* Good computer skills

* Ability to lift, push or pull items up to 50 lbs. in weight

* Proven ability to effectively communicate both verbal and written

* Ability to understand follow safety procedures

* Ability to receive, track, and distribute materials, supplies, and equipment

* Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing dynamics

* Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork

* High School diploma or GED required, Associates Degree or higher from an accredited college preferred
