Rehabiitation Therapy - Director of Rehabilitation

OT – Occupational Therapy
Shift: 08:00 AM - 04:30 PM Days: Monday to Friday Weekend rotation is required.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide patient evaluations and develop treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patient function and quality of life.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and families on home care programs and resources.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Adhere to regulatory requirements and facility policies.
Compliance / Notes:
- Orientation may be required.
- Drug screening and background checks may be necessary.
