Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients across inpatient and outpatient rehab services with a focus on orthopedic, neurological, developmental pediatric, and musculoskeletal conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans; monitor progress and adjust goals; document outcomes and communicate with the care team.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary colleagues across physical, occupational, and speech therapy; utilize a range of modalities as appropriate for patient needs.
- Provide patient and family education, discharge planning, and coordination of care across settings, including home or school visits as indicated.
- Maintain adherence to clinical guidelines, documentation standards, and regulatory requirements while contributing to a positive, patient-centered care environment.

Requirements
- Active physical therapy license in Montana or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
- Experience in inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation preferred
- Ability to work in a hospital setting and participate in a dayshift schedule
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
