Truss Assembler (Temp-to-Hire)

Pay: $18.50 - $20.00/hour (based on performance)

Job Overview:
We are hiring Truss Assemblers to build roof and floor trusses in a warehouse setting. This is a hands-on role requiring attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities:

Assemble roof and floor trusses according to specifications
Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
Read and follow production layouts or instructions
Maintain a clean and organized work area

Schedule:

2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 4:30 PM - 3:00 AM (primary opening)
1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM (limited availability)
50-60 hours per week, with Saturdays required during peak season

Pay & Benefits:

Starting pay: $18.50/hour
Performance-based increases up to $20/hour
Temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential

Requirements:

Ability to lift and handle materials in a warehouse environment
Comfortable working extended hours and overtime
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
