In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact, providing support, resolving inquiries, and helping maintain strong, positive relationships. This position follows a schedule with Sundays off.

What You Will Do

• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely, courteous, and professional manner
• Assist with account questions, updates, and general service requests
• Research and resolve concerns while maintaining a solutions-oriented approach
• Document interactions accurately in company systems and maintain detailed records
• Support customers with account information, billing-related questions, and service guidance as needed
• Collaborate with internal teams to help ensure customer needs are met efficiently
• Follow company procedures, policies, and quality standards in all interactions
• Contribute to a positive team environment and ongoing service improvements
