Pay & Benefits

$16.00-$25.00 per hour , depending on experience and performance

Team leads who can drive a company vehicle may be eligible for higher pay rates

What We Provide

All cleaning supplies and equipment
Paid training program
Company vehicle for team leads during work hours
Uniforms
Pre-scheduled appointments

What You'll Do

Clean customers' homes using our proven system and standards
Provide friendly, professional communication with customers and teammates
Work as part of a team to deliver high-quality service

Team Lead Responsibilities (if applicable)

Drive company vehicle to customer locations
Ensure team stays on schedule
Maintain basic equipment and supplies

What We're Looking For

Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Enjoy working with a team and helping customers
Attention to detail and pride in your work
Ability to perform physical tasks (standing, bending, lifting, etc.)

Requirements

Legally authorized to work in the United States
Ability to pass a background check
Available Monday-Friday, approximately 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Valid driver's license required for team lead positions
Ability to communicate effectively with customers in English (additional languages are a plus)
