Work Environment\nThis full-time position operates within a flexible remote setting, allowing you to connect with clients through secure telehealth platforms. Our services are provided seven days a week, with clinicians having the autonomy to create their own schedules. Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups. This includes gathering insights about the client's history, challenges, and goals to inform an effective treatment plan. \n
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans that utilize evidence-based techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other clinical modalities based on the client's unique needs. \n
- Engage in regular consultations with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and enhance client outcomes. This includes discussing relevant treatment plans and updates during team meetings and patient rounds. \n
- Document all client interactions and treatment outcomes in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with organizational protocol while maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards. \n
- Provide case management services that involve liaising with community resources and professionals to establish a support network tailored to each client’s care plan. \n
As a member of our team, you will work primarily with a diverse client base that includes children, adolescents, and adults. Our practice caters to individuals facing a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational challenges. You will have an essential role in guiding them through their therapeutic journey, facilitating their growth, and empowering them with the skills needed to navigate life's challenges.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A valid license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas is mandatory. \n
- A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is required to ensure you bring the necessary expertise to our team. \n
- A Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field is expected, with a commitment to ongoing professional development. \n
