DishwasherThe Dishwashers are responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitization of dishes, tableware, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils through manual and machine cleaning methods. Additionally, dishwashers are expected to keep the dishwashing area clean and safe.Scrape, rinse, and load dishes and utensils into dish machineWash and sanitize all pans, utensils, and dishesEmpty trash containers regularlyMaintain a clean work area and kitchen by sweeping and mopping as neededClean food prep stations and equipmentPerform all other duties and responsibilities as required or assigned by managementHigh school diploma or general education degree preferredRestaurant or customer service experience preferredMust have flexible schedule to include working weekends and holidays during busy seasonMust be able to lift, carry, and pull up to thirty (30) pounds independently.Must be able to perform simple grasping, fine manipulation, and repetitive hand and arm movements frequently and squeezing and overhead reaching occasionally.Must be able to bend, squat, crawl, kneel, push, pull, and walk on various terrains and uneven surfaces on an occasional basisThis document provides descriptive information about the above position.
