SUPPORT ASSOCIATE

Overview

The Linen / Mailroom / Dock Associate supports the daily operations of the Materials Management department. This roles primary focus will be on linen operation while providing cross-functional support in mailroom and dock operations as needed. This role is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate movement, storage, and distribution of linens, mail, packages, and supplies throughout the organization.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, shift, hours: FULL-TIME, Days, Monday through Friday; 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM.
• Assist with linen operations and provide cross-functional support in mailroom and dock operations as needed to maintain seamless day-to-day operations.
• Ensure accurate movement, storage, and distribution of linens, mail, packages, and supplies throughout the organization.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience:

• Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills required.
• Experience in hospital linen services, materials management, logistics, or a related field preferred.
• Experience working in a cross-functional or multi-role environment preferred.
• Basic proficiency with computer systems and inventory tracking processes preferred.
