Registered Nurse

Responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in a telemetry setting. Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes in their conditions to the healthcare team. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the medical staff. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care. Participate in patient education and support to promote health and well-being. Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills in managing patient care. Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.
