Pay Rate: Up to $21.50 per hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting

• Monitor, measure, and document vital signs and report changes to nursing staff

• Support residents’ comfort, safety, and emotional well-being

• Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to provide high-quality care

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized resident environment

• Accurately complete electronic documentation as required

Qualifications

• Valid Florida Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification

• Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment

• Basic computer skills for electronic health records
