Registered Nurse (RN) - PRN Days | Voyages Sugar Land

Position Overview The Registered Nurse (RN) works under the direction of the Chief Nursing Officer, Director of Nursing, Nurse Manager, or Charge Nurse. The RN utilizes the nursing process while delivering, directing, and supervising care to patients admitted to the nursing unit. Responsibilities include patient care planning, interdisciplinary planning, discharge planning, patient and family teaching for post‑hospitalization, accessing community resources, and performing additional duties as assigned. The RN may also serve as a Charge Nurse (ACLS certification required).
