Child and Adolescent Outpatient Licensed Therapist

LifeStance Health seeks a licensed Child and Adolescent Outpatient Therapist to provide high-quality, evidence-based care to children, teens, and families in a hybrid in-person/telehealth model. In this role, you will complete assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and deliver individual and family therapy while maintaining thorough, timely documentation in our EHR. You will collaborate with psychiatrists, primary care, schools, and caregivers to coordinate care and support safety, progress, and recovery.
