J&L Consulting Group is actively recruiting motivated individuals throughout Northern Illinois for a rapidly growing opportunity within the renewable energy industry.
We’re seeking driven individuals who aren’t afraid of hard work, can handle rejection, and are looking for an opportunity where their income is determined by their effort.
No prior experience is required. However, individuals with door-to-door, canvassing, fundraising, roofing, solar, telecommunications, pest control, political outreach, or home improvement experience are highly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners in assigned neighborhoods
- Educate homeowners on available energy-saving programs
- Identify qualified candidates
- Schedule appointments and assist with enrollments
- Maintain professionalism in the field
- Track activity and follow company procedures

Compensation
This is a 100% commission-based opportunity.
- Earn $500 per qualified homeowner enrollment
- No cap on earnings
- Top performers can earn $2,000–$5,000+ per week
- Performance-based bonuses available
