As a Security Officer Credential Verification in Topeka KS you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage and more. 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees visitors contractors and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures access-control policies and emergency response activities at a food and beverage manufacturing location.
• Monitor and control access points by verifying credentials documenting visitor and contractor entry issuing temporary badges and directing individuals according to site requirements.
• Respond to access-control alarms incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner escalating concerns through established reporting channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points production-area perimeters parking areas and other assigned locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Maintain accurate logs and reports for visitor activity access events incidents and unusual conditions communicating relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• A state county or city-issued security license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
