Experienced or Senior Supply Chain Compliance Analyst - Self Governance & ComplianceCompany:The Boeing CompanyBoeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for an Experienced or Senior Supply Chain Compliance Analyst – Self Governance and Compliance to join our team in Dallas, TX.Our teams are currently hiring a broad range of experience levels including Experienced & Senior Supply Chain Compliance Analyst.Position Responsibilities:Support Boeing Global Services Supply Chain Government’s compliance team in strengthening supply chain compliance processes and training across operations.Partner with cross-functional teams to support compliance procedures, training curriculum development, and process adherence.Assist in monitoring internal compliance activities, identifying risks, and helping drive corrective actions.Contribute to the continuous improvement of compliance programs, processes, documentation, and employee learning initiatives.Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure policies, procedures, and training materials are practical, current, and aligned with Boeing standards.Applicable and appropriate educational/certification credentials from an accredited institution and/or equivalent experience is required.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):1+ years of experience in project management and/or cross-functional integrationExperience supporting the creation and presenting of training materials3+ years of experience in Supply Chain processesStrong communication skills, Strong problem solving skills, and Strong drive for process improvementPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Ability to coach and support supply chain employees effectivelyAbility to interpret policies, procedures, and regulatory or contractual requirementsDirect experience with Boeing and/or BoeingGlobal Services supply chain operationsExperience developing or delivering compliance training and utilizing training development technologiesFamiliarity with supplier management, audits, assessments, risk identification, and corrective action managementStrong understanding of continuous improvement, change management, and documentation controlExperience using Boeing systems, tools, or internal process frameworksKnowledge of BGS Supply Chain command media, policies, procedures and work instructionsConflict of Interest:Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.Drug Free Workplace:Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria are met as outlined in our policies.Credit Check: This position will require a credit checkTotal Rewards & Pay Transparency:At Boeing, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage and retain the top talent.
