Family Practice - With OB Physician

• Half-Day Rate - $600 Flat rate for 4-hour shifts or less (includes times to complete exams, summit report, including any addendums, no OT)
• Daily Rate - $1200 Flat Rate for 5-hour shifts or longer (includes times to complete exams, submit report, including any addendums, no OT)
• Bonus - One-time bonus of $650 for completing all required training and performing first exams
• Local candidates only, travel included in the rates
• Candidates must be within 50-mile radius of home address
• Willing to accept these specialties:
• Family Medicine
• Internal Medicine
• Orthopedic Surgery
• Anyone with a background in general medicine, or experience with compensation and pension.
• Need is on a PRN basis, ongoing
• Option to work 1/2 Days (4-hours) and/or full days (8-Hours)
• One-Time non-treatment C&P exams +separate health assessments
• Exams are primarily interview-based with some physical assessment, range of motion testing, muscle strength testing
• No Prescribing, no treatment
• Quick credentialing and onboarding
• There are 2 options for coverage, it will depend on the current need and will be clearly listed below:
• Per diem at a VES facility-provider must be within 50-mile radius of homes address listed on the CL unless otherwise noted
• The provider must have their own office to see Veterans (there is no VES location in the area and VES is looking for providers that have their own office) The provider's office must be with in to-miles of the listed city unless otherwise noted.
