Physical Therapist (PT) - Outpatient

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our outpatient rehabilitation team. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and a variety of diagnoses, with a primary focus on orthopedic cases.

Monday to Thursday: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM No floating or weekends required.

The Physical Therapist will be responsible for:

• Providing high-quality care to patients with orthopedic conditions, including total joint replacements and sports-related injuries.
• Managing a daily patient load of 8-12 patients within an 8-hour workday.
• Meeting productivity standards of 3.00 units per hour.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care.
• Documenting patient progress using Epic or similar electronic health record systems.

Our clinic encourages the development of specialty skills in areas such as:

• Pediatrics
• Pelvic health
• Lymphedema
• Neurological/vestibular care

Experience in these areas is not required but would be a valuable asset to our team.

Must possess a valid Michigan State Physical Therapist License. BLS certification is required. Experience in geriatrics, orthopedics, and sports medicine is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply. Experience in vestibular therapy is highly preferred.
