We are currently in search of a skilled legal professional with experience in federal court litigation to collaborate with clients, the team, and the founder. Our main focus is representing clients in federal courts nationwide, as well as in the Florida state courts. Additionally, we handle cases at the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB), Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB), and the Copyright Claims Board (CCB). Beyond providing legal services, we are dedicated to delivering innovative solutions to safeguard clients' intellectual property.

We are looking for a litigator with previous exposure to federal court proceedings, a proactive attitude, and a keen willingness to contribute effectively from day one. Our ideal candidate is focused on client satisfaction over simply billing to meet a requirement. Furthermore, our ideal candidate is committed to always providing a quality job, which includes remaining current on all deadlines and meeting them with time for appropriate review.

While prior experience in intellectual property law is preferred, it is not mandatory. For those new to this practice area, the ability to follow instructions diligently is essential.

Though not required, being a registered patent attorney is ideal.

$150,000 minimum depending on experience

• Develop and implement strategies for achieving solutions for clients in IP litigation, including patent infringement, trademark infringement, and copyright infringement lawsuits.
• Possess an innovative approach to litigation that will tailor solutions for the cases at hand (our litigation and our approach are not cookie-cutter in nature).
• Possess the writing skills necessary to prepare pleadings, documents, and other legal writing as needed.
• Work collaboratively with firm lawyers, paralegals, and other support staff to ensure our team's success.
• Must be a professional even when things are tough.
• Show the ability to take initiative and complete tasks independently.
• This is not a punch-the-clock job - having a full understanding that, as a professional, you are responsible for completing the job with exemplary work product.
• Have a forward-thinking mindset.

• At least ten years of experience in litigating cases in federal court.
• Demonstrated capability in writing pleadings for federal court.
• Proficient in taking and defending depositions.
• Able to successfully present cases before a judge, jury, or administrative panel.
• A Florida Bar member is preferred, but if the applicant is not from Florida, they must be willing to sit and pass the Florida Bar exam within one year.
• Being a registered patent attorney is desired.
• An American citizen is a must.
