We are seeking a Behavior Technician II to work with our guests living with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities and mental health challenges residing in our Adult Crisis Therapeutic Home (CTH) located in Woodbridge, VA.Enjoy a $2,000 sign-on and retention bonus for full-time hires!We are hiring for the following schedules:Saturday, Sunday 3pm-11pm (Part-Time) ORSunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, 7am-3pm (Full-Time)Your Role in Our MissionAs Behavior Technician II (BT II), you will make a huge impact by supporting individuals at the Adult Crisis Therapeutic Home who have co-occurring disabilities and/or behavioral health needs. Your key responsibilities will include facilitating daily programs and rehabilitative activities, providing therapeutic interventions, and assisting with personal care.
