Why This Role This role focuses on delivering high-quality outcomes across transformation programmes in the Benelux region. You will play a key role in leading workstreams and applying your expertise to improve safety, operational performance, and Human Excellence (HumEx) across client organisations. As part of a growing BENE team, you will work closely with clients and colleagues to solve complex challenges while continuing to build your expertise and consulting impact. Your Impact at dss+ You will lead technical workstreams or specialist areas of delivery, applying your expertise to solve complex operational and cultural challenges. You will: Lead key workstreams across operational risk, HumEx, safety, and operational excellence Analyse client operations and diagnose performance and cultural gaps using data and on-site insights Develop and implement practical, people-centred solutions that deliver sustainable results Work closely with clients to drive adoption and behavioural change Support managers and senior leaders in delivering programmes and maintaining high-quality outcomes Contribute to knowledge development and best practice sharing across the team This role is based in Belgium (from our Ghent office or your home office) and requires frequent client travel, up to four days per week. Who You Are You bring deep expertise in your area of specialism, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality outcomes. You combine technical capability with a curious, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work closely with clients to deliver impact. Expertise in at least one of: operational risk, HumEx, safety, or operational excellence Fluency in Dutch and English (required) Willingness to travel across the Benelux region as required A Bit More About Us We are implementers and change-makers.
