Physical Therapist – Inpatient & Outpatient

We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week travel assignment with Hazel Hawkins Memorial Hospital in Hollister, California. This opportunity is suited for a PT with inpatient and outpatient experience who is comfortable working an 8-hour day-shift schedule.

The assignment is scheduled to begin on Oct , with a possibility to extend. Candidates should hold a current California PT license and BLS certification and be prepared to work within the facility's inpatient and outpatient settings.

Due to low census, the facility may cancel one shift every two-week pay period .
