Job Description :

● Management of front desk operations including patient check-in and check-out

● Warmly greet patients upon arrival

● Answering phones, making appointments and serving as a point of contact for general administrative questions

● Maintenance of accurate patient charts

● Verify insurance information, collect co-pays and balances

● Maintain the general appearance of the waiting room

● Demonstrate proficiency with PM/EHR system

● Set a professional, warm and productive tone for the office
