Join Our Team of Family Medicine/Internal Medicine Physicians

With access to over 1,200 partner providers across more than 50 specialties, six ambulatory surgery centers, and a wide range of comprehensive services—including imaging, laboratory services, and physical and occupational therapy—you will have all the resources necessary to deliver outstanding patient care and refine your medical practice daily.
Opportunity Overview- Robust Referral Network: Benefit from a strong internal referral system and collaborative partnerships with over 1,000 providers in Primary Care and beyond.
- Flexible Scheduling: Enjoy a work-life balance with 36 patient hours each week.
- Competitive Compensation: Earn a total rewards salary ranging from $275,000 to $450,000, which includes opportunities for financial bonuses, stipends, CME funds, and a shareholder track for equity eligibility.

The expected base salary for this role ranges from $250,000 to $300,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, this position may qualify for a productivity bonus, sign-on bonus, loan repayment assistance, catalyst training stipend, and relocation bonus, resulting in a total target cash compensation of $275,000 to $450,000.
