• End Date: June 24, 2026
• Duration: 8 weeks
• Shift: 8-hour Nights (22:00 - 06:30) - Night shift LPN
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,200 - $1,270
• Employment Type: Travel Contract (travel LPN / travel nursing jobs)
• Weekend Commitment: Every weekend required
• Transportation: Must have own transportation

Required Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Vermont or a compact state
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Long Term Care, LTC, or similar clinical setting
• Availability for night shifts and every-weekend schedule
• Reliable transportation to the Rutland, VT facility
• Strong communication, clinical documentation, and teamwork skills

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care in a long term care environment
• Administer medications and treatments per provider orders and facility policy
• Monitor, assess, and document residents' health status; report changes promptly
• Collaborate with nurses, CNAs, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure high-quality care
• Support residents with activities of daily living and promote a safe, positive environment
• Maintain accurate medical records in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements
