Greet customers, address vehicle service needs, and document issues. Provide detailed repair cost estimates, sales promotions, obtain necessary approvals and payments. Keep customers updated on vehicle status and provide comprehensive explanations of completed work. Handle customer complaints and resolve concerns. Experience 6 months in customer service or sales preferred. Valid driver's license with a clean safety record. Must pass drug screening and medical exam as required by regulations. Skills and Demands Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer satisfaction focus. Exceptional customer service, positive rapport building, expert salesmanship, and ensuring satisfaction by managing operations and employee‑vehicle deployment. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail. Effective teamwork skills. Physical Demands: Regular talking and hearing. Requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing. Frequently lifts or moves items over 75 pounds.
