That is why we focus on strong communication, realistic scheduling, and long-term relationships with dependable caregivers.Schedule and HoursHome care schedules depend on client needs. Current opportunities may include:Part-time and full-time schedulesWeekday shiftsWeekend shiftsDaytime and evening shiftsSome overnight opportunitiesMinimum 4-hour shiftsLonger 8-hour and 12-hour shifts when availableOvertime opportunities when availableWe work to keep caregivers reasonably close to home when possible, while matching based on skills, availability, client needs, and travel distance. Typical pay is $17 to $18+ per hour for most cases.
