Shift: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM (4 days a week)

Job Description

The CT Technologist is responsible for performing various imaging procedures using GE and Siemens CT scanners. This role requires the ability to function independently and effectively in a fast-paced hospital environment, providing quality patient care while ensuring safety standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Perform all generalized CTs, Stroke CT, Vascular CT, and Gated studies for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.
• Start IVs and ensure patient comfort and safety during procedures.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records and documentation using Meditech and Fuji Synapse PACs.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
• Adhere to departmental policies and safety protocols at all times.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• ARRT certification (R)(CT) required.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience with GE 64 slice and Siemens Dual Source CT scanners preferred.
