Beachfront Luxury Resort BartenderBartenders engage directly with customers and floor staff in a beachfront luxury resort. Flexible hours required, including nights, weekends and holidays. Three years of experience is preferred, must be familiar with craft cocktails, beer, spirits and wine. Looking for a dynamic personality that can execute a high level of service while pushing through high volume periods.ResponsibilitiesLove serving guests in a luxury, beach-front resort.Meticulously prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages consistent with the Restaurant’s standard drink recipes.Record food and drink orders accurately and immediately into the POS system.Create memorable dining experiences to the guests of the bar, while maintaining a quick and efficient service bar to floor staff.Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the restaurant manager or immediate supervisor.Other QualificationsBe able to work in a standing position for long periods of timeBe able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.Distinctive Hospitality Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
