Job Title : HVAC Territory Sales Manager
Location: Denton & Sherman TX
Job Type: Full-Time
Reports To: Territory Sales Manager

AMSCO Supply is a 50+ year old wholesale HVAC distributor serving contractors in Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri and North Texas. AMSCO operates eight branch locations and is proud to employ a team of talented and tenured HVAC supply house professionals who work diligently to anticipate and fulfill our customers' needs.

Our focus is to develop partnering relationships with select contractor-dealers in the markets we operate. We strive to offer value-added services that our customers can rely upon, such as healthy inventory levels, pain-free warranty parts processing, responsive technical support and timely product fulfillment to name a few, all while having fun doing so!! AMSCO aims to engage with our customers in mutually beneficial business relationships that repeat year after year.

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve territory goals and increase market share.
• Identify and target new business opportunities, including HVAC contractors, mechanical engineers and facility managers.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients by providing ongoing product support, training, and value-added services.
• Conduct regular sales visits, product presentations, and technical consultations.
• Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., engineering, customer service, marketing) to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts, activity reports, and competitive intelligence.
• Attend industry trade shows, events, and training sessions to stay current with HVAC trends and technologies.
• Monitor market conditions, competitor activity, and pricing trends within the territory.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in HVAC sales or a related field (3+ years preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel regularly within the assigned territory.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with commercial and industrial HVAC solutions.
• Familiarity with LEED, ASHRAE, or other HVAC-related certifications or standards.
• Technical training or certifications in HVAC systems is a plus.
