Marina Administrative Assistant
Jones Petroleum is seeking a full-time Marina Administrative Assistant for an on-premise position at Fishtale Marina Eatonton, Ga. 31024. The salary is based on experience and highly competitive. The position offers a competitive starting wage, a rewarding 401(k) retirement plan, medical/dental/supplemental insurance, paid time off, and a 5-day work week with weekly pay. This is a community-oriented company where customer service is the top priority. Team members are expected to work well with their team, display a pleasant and enthusiastic attitude, and follow site-specific procedures for consistent and quality customer experiences.
The Admin/Clerical position involves a variety of office duties including answering phones, filing correspondence, copying materials, ordering supplies, assisting with data entry, typing correspondence, and promoting the organization of the office. The selected candidate will have excellent telephone, computer, clerical, and customer service skills. Candidates must have a high school diploma and at least two years of related experience with a working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Note: This company participates in the E-verify program. This position is subject to a 90-day introductory period designed to determine whether the employee will be able to adequately perform in the assigned job position. All employees are hired as temporary employees until their introductory period has elapsed. Temporary employees are not eligible for any benefits during the introductory period.

Physical Requirements:
- Physical requirements include standing up to 8 hours during a shift and able to lift up to 60 pounds.
- Requires you to use motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists.
