This position involves working in a high-risk obstetrical unit. Nurse-to-patient ratios are typically 2:1 for cervical ripening and early labor, and 1:1 for active labor. Candidates should have experience in triage and postpartum care. The unit has a total of 24 beds. Documentation is performed using an electronic system. Nurses must be able to float to the antepartum unit as needed. A professional appearance is required, with specific guidelines for attire and grooming. Visible piercings other than earrings are not permitted. Candidates must demonstrate a commitment to patient care and safety. This role requires flexibility regarding scheduling and adherence to attendance policies.
