This person will own the reporting, dashboards, and analysis that help our executive team make better decisions and communicate the performance of the business to our Board of Directors, investors, and internal leadership.This is not a traditional reporting role. You will be responsible for taking complex business questions, finding the right data, turning it into clear insights, and building scalable reporting that can be used repeatedly across the organization.You will work closely with Strategy, Finance, and senior leadership, with significant exposure to the executive team.What You'll DoExecutive, Board & Investor ReportingBuild and maintain dashboards and reporting used for Board of Directors meetings, investor materials, executive reviews, and leadership meetingsOwn the underlying data and analysis behind key company metricsPartner with Strategy and Finance to prepare recurring reporting and investor materialsTranslate complex business performance into clear, executive-ready insights and visualizationsQuickly investigate changes in performance and identify the key drivers behind the numbersBusiness & Financial ReportingBuild recurring reporting around revenue, margin, EBITDA, operating expenses, headcount, sales, customer performance, and other key business metricsSupport actuals vs. budget vs. forecast reportingPartner with Finance to ensure reporting is accurate, consistent, and aligned with financial statements and company planningIdentify opportunities to automate manual reporting and reduce reliance on spreadsheets and one-off analysesDashboards & Business IntelligenceBuild and own executive dashboards that provide a clear view of company performanceDevelop dashboards and reporting for internal leadership meetings across areas such as Sales, Operations, CX, Finance, and PeopleEstablish consistent KPI definitions and create a single source of truth for critical business metricsImprove the way leaders access and consume data across the organizationData & AnalyticsPull, analyze, and reconcile data across multiple systems and data sourcesStrong SQL proficiency and Semantic data layer experienceIdentify data quality issues and work with relevant teams to resolve themTurn ambiguous business questions into structured analyses and actionable recommendationsBuild repeatable processes and automated reporting wherever possibleWhat We're Looking For3–6+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, strategic finance, FP&A, or a similar analytical roleStrong SQL skills and experience working with large or complex datasetsStrong Excel / Google Sheets skillsExperience building dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or a similar BI platformStrong understanding of financial and operational metricsExceptional attention to detail and a high bar for data accuracyAbility to work independently and take an ambiguous question from idea analysis executive-ready outputStrong communication skills and the ability to explain complex data clearly to non-technical audiencesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentYou'd Be Especially Strong If You HaveExperience supporting a CEO, CFO, Strategy team, or executive leadership teamExperience with Board or investor reportingExperience in FP&A or financial reportingExperience in a high-growth technology, logistics, e-commerce, or SaaS companyExperience working with data warehouses and modern data stacksExperience automating recurring reportingPython or other analytical programming experienceA strong understanding of how financial, operational, and commercial metrics connectWhat Success Looks LikeYou will become the person the Strategy and executive teams rely on to answer questions like:How is the business performing?What changed?Why did it change?What are the key drivers?Are we on track against our plan?What should leadership be paying attention to?You'll build the dashboards and reporting infrastructure that make those answers accessible, accurate, and repeatable.Most importantly, you'll help turn data into a competitive advantage for how we run the business.SummaryLocation: ATL1 - Atlanta, GA; Remote, United StatesType: Full time
