Client Services Representative II

• Education & Experience: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience (less than 1 year of related experience required).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with basic computer systems and office technology.
• Work Style: Proven ability to multitask, prioritize tasks under deadlines, and work effectively with minimal supervision.
• Clearances & Compliance: Willingness to obtain required client security clearances and adhere to on-site health protocols.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and spend extended periods standing, walking, bending, reaching, and pulling.

Responsibilities

• Customer Care & Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, delivering exceptional service across phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Mail & Courier Operations: Receive, sort, track, and distribute incoming/outgoing mail, interoffice deliveries, and high-priority packages (FedEx, UPS, Certified Mail).
• Copy, Print & Device Care: Process and assemble print requests, bind documents, perform quality checks, restock paper and toner, clear jams, and handle basic equipment upkeep.
• Reception & Front Desk: Welcome visitors, manage main phone lines, schedule conference rooms, set up meeting refreshments, and handle general office requests.
• Records & File Management: Maintain, organize, and update physical file rooms and digital file databases.
• Shipping, Receiving & Inventory: Process shipments, inspect incoming goods, track inventory levels, log daily activity, and prepare packages safely for transport.
• Team Collaboration: Contribute to site procedure guides and participate in cross-functional training to support team coverage.
