LPN, Virtual Care

Kaiser Permanente is seeking an LPN, Virtual Care to deliver safe, patient-centered nursing support through telehealth platforms. In this role, you’ll perform remote assessments, triage patient concerns, provide education, and coordinate care with RNs and physicians across our Healthcare & Medical Services teams. You’ll document accurately in the EHR, follow clinical protocols, and escalate urgent issues appropriately.
