- Prepare wafers, operate reactors, and perform thin-film processes for experimentation under limited supervision.
- Operate, align, and maintain Scanning Electron Microscopes (SEM) for precise sample imaging, cross-section, and critical dimension analysis.
- Evaluate wafers and thin films, accurately record process conditions, and summarize experimental results using graphs and tables.
- Interface with requestors and engineering teams to understand detailed requirements, communicate results, and monitor wafer-in-process (WIP) to maintain lab throughput.
- Perform routine maintenance and shutdowns, troubleshoot process systems, coordinate repairs, and manage inventory by ordering supplies from vendors.
