JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Business Systems Intern, you will contribute to key initiatives within the Customer Success Team. This role offers hands‑on experience in project management, problem‑solving, and cross‑functional collaboration in a dynamic environment. What you'll do: Support national and regional marketing, legal compliance, system integration, custom reporting and data analytic teams. Participate in meeting planning and presentation / collateral creation. Respond quickly and accurately to internal customer inquiries. Collaborate with team, bringing a fresh perspective, to creatively solve problems. Work independently to complete capstone project and presentation. Qualifications: Graduating between December 2027 and May 2028 Pursing a degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, Information Systems Curiosity and a desire to learn. Flexibility and willingness to pivot. Quantitative background that demonstrates analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong written and verbal communication skills, and capability to articulate complex topics. High standard of accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to deadlines. Project management skills to create project plans, track and monitor progress, meet production and delivery deadlines. Program dates: June 2, 2027 – August 6, 2027 The compensation for this position is $26.50/hour. Additional Compensation Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location. Corporate Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in a quarterly or annual bonus program based on individual and company performance. Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
