Key Responsibilities:
- Inspire and lead a team of Front of House and Drive Thru team members, fostering a culture of genuine hospitality and teamwork.
- Ensure every guest receives exceptional service by modeling hospitality standards and encouraging team members to do the same.
- Assist in daily operations, including food preparation, order processing, and maintaining cleanliness, to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Provide ongoing training and feedback to team members, helping them develop their skills and grow within the organization.
- Actively participate in community initiatives and events, reinforcing our commitment to winning the hearts of our community.
- Address guest concerns and team challenges promptly and effectively to ensure a positive experience for all.
Must Have:
- A strong work ethic and a passion for service.
- Coach-able attitude with a desire to learn and grow.
- Focused and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service skills and a commitment to excellence.
- High initiative and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Good communication skills for effective team and guest interactions.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Willingness to work outside in our Drive Thru as needed.
- Flexibility to work evenings, Saturdays, and holidays as required.
