Commercial Hvac Service Technician

Job Description

The Service Technician plays a crucial role in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing various mechanical and electrical systems to ensure optimal functionality. This position requires hands-on service experience, technical knowledge, and strong problem-solving skills to deliver high-quality support and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on mechanical and electrical systems
Diagnose equipment malfunctions using appropriate diagnostic tools
Ensure safety compliance during all service activities
Communicate effectively with customers to explain issues and recommend solutions
Maintain accurate service records and documentation
Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues in a timely manner
Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and customer outcomes

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in service technician roles

Preferred Qualifications

Technical certificate or diploma in a relevant field
EPA 608 certification
CSD-1 certification
Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
Knowledge of electrical systems
Experience with diagnostic tools usage
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Proven problem-solving abilities
Strict adherence to safety compliance standards
