The Service Technician plays a crucial role in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing various mechanical and electrical systems to ensure optimal functionality. This position requires hands-on service experience, technical knowledge, and strong problem-solving skills to deliver high-quality support and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on mechanical and electrical systems
- Diagnose equipment malfunctions using appropriate diagnostic tools
- Ensure safety compliance during all service activities
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain issues and recommend solutions
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and customer outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in service technician roles
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical certificate or diploma in a relevant field
- EPA 608 certification
- CSD-1 certification
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of electrical systems
- Experience with diagnostic tools usage
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proven problem-solving abilities
- Strict adherence to safety compliance standards
