Location 17 Old Main Street,Fishkill, NY, 12524,United States Base Pay $18.00 - $20.00 / Hour Job Category Cafe, Fitness Facility Employee Type CAT1: Non-Exempt (FT) Overview All Sport is seeking a motivated and service-focused Café Manager to oversee both indoor and outdoor café operations, lead a high-performing team, and deliver an exceptional experience for members and guests. Join a dynamic environment where quality, service, and teamwork are top priorities. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Staff Management Assist with interviewing and selecting new team members. Direct, train, and schedule staff to ensure consistent service excellence across all café locations. Maintain high standards of appearance, grooming, and uniform compliance. Daily Operations Oversee all day-to-day indoor and outdoor café operations. Prepare daily food and beverage offerings according to recipes and standards. Ensure all grab-and-go products are stocked, fresh, organized, and temperature-controlled. Keep all service areas—inside and outside—clean, organized, and member‑ready. Rotate and replenish all food items, supplies, and cleaning materials. Place orders with approved vendors and manage daily deliveries and setups for both café spaces. Maintain consistent attendance and adhere to assigned work and break schedules. Complete additional duties and operational checklists as assigned. Quality, Safety & Compliance Maintain food safety, sanitation, and quality standards in all indoor and outdoor service areas. Implement and enforce cash‑handling protocols to ensure accuracy and accountability. Reporting & Administration Complete all required daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports. Member Experience & Promotion Provide an elevated level of service to members, guests, and staff across all café areas. Communicate regularly with the team about menu items, promotions, and operational expectations. Plan, market, and execute special events and promotional activities for both indoor and outdoor cafés. Coordinate and supervise special functions as needed. Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Friendly, people-oriented, creative, and team-focused. SERV Safe certification required. Basic math proficiency (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division). Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays. Why Join the All Sport Team?
