Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This school-based Occupational Therapist role offers meaningful engagement across elementary and middle schools, as well as support for homebound learners. Key Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist license in Colorado
• DORA certification
• CO Department of Education license
• Previous pediatric or school-based OT experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and adaptability in dynamic environments
• Ability to manage caseloads of 40–60 students, including direct and indirect service

Position Highlights & Responsibilities:

• Work itinerantly between two elementary schools, one middle school, and provide services to homebound students
• Deliver comprehensive OT evaluations, develop individualized plans, and implement therapy in accordance with IEPs
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, families, and administrators to foster inclusive learning environments
• Attend meetings and document interventions and progress efficiently to support student success
• Participate in mandatory Summer Symposium Orientation from July 27th–31st prior to the start of the school year
• Begin the school year on August 3rd; student sessions start August 11th and the contract wraps up May 21st, 2027
