Required Skills Minimum 5 years of experience in data, analytics, or IT with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions Expert-level proficiency in SQL, capable of crafting complex data models and solutions Deep hands-on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Apps, to build scalable applications Strong ability to design comprehensive applications, combining front-end, back-end, and data storage seamlessly Exceptional problem-solving skills with a strategic, solution-oriented approach Skilled at translating stakeholder needs into actionable technical plans Outstanding communication skills that can engage both technical teams and executive leadership Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously while aligning with organizational goals Nice to Have Skills Experience with Azure data services such as SQL Database, Synapse, SSIS, ADF Proficiency with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau Familiarity with enterprise data systems in large-scale organizations Previous successful development of multi-collection Power Apps applications Knowledge of AI and automation tools to enhance application capabilities Preferred Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Business, Computer Science, or related fields Proven ability to manage and deliver projects from start to finish, ideally spanning 6 months to a year or more Experience working in or supporting large enterprise environments that leverage Power Apps and BI tools Other Requirements Onsite presence preferred in Atlanta, GA or Tampa, FL, with a flexible hybrid work model (2 days in the office) Capacity to oversee complex projects requiring detailed planning and sustained effort Willingness to participate in a multi-stage interview process including assessments and on-site interviews If you're a strategic thinker with a passion for building innovative solutions and eager to work in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment, this is your chance to elevate your career.
