Copy Clerk

:

PRIMARY PURPOSE:

• Perform in a production capacity in a campus copy center room to facilitate the imaging needs of the campus.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Education/Certification/Abilities:

• High School Diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution (required)

Special Knowledge/Skills:

• Computer skills including, but not limited to, computer file management, manipulating spreadsheet files, creating and editing word processing file, managing and organizing email including file attachments and creating and editing pdf files
• Prior copy equipment experience preferred

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Operate (2) digital copiers
• Maintain inventory of paper and copier supplies.
• Perform routine light maintenance on campus copy room and satellite copiers including, but not limited to: clearing paper jams, adding toner and executing service calls for repairs.
• Perform basic administrative tasks such as job closing, costing and inventory control
• Manage the copy orders from all campus staff including copies submitted electronically and manage the delivery of completed jobs
• Any other tasks as directed by supervisor
