We are seeking a growth-minded Glaucoma Specialist to join our renown team of 3 MD's and 5 OD's at Seidenberg Protzko Eye Associates. We have 5 state of the art offices throughout the state of Maryland (Bel Air, Chestertown, Elkton, Havre de Grace, Aberdeen )). Very Attractive Base Salary, a $20,000 Signing / Relocation Bonus, and a Career Starter Bonus of $50,000 payable upon beginning work.
We have lucrative Productivity Bonuses attainable within the first year, and thereafter, with a simple and highly competitive percentage of collections.
Our established physicians of all subspecialties and age demographics are averaging well above the national median compensation as reported in national surveys with some routinely exceeding the 75th%ile compensation
