Outbound Calling Coach Remote | USA Lifehack Method is hiring an Outbound Calling Coach to personally connect with high-performing professionals who have already raised their hand and expressed interest in working smarter. This is not a typical sales role. It’s for someone who genuinely loves the hunt, but also respects the human on the other end of the phone. You’ll be the first real voice they hear — reaching out by text and phone, building trust quickly, understanding what’s actually holding them back, and confidently recommending the right paid solution to help them reclaim 5–10+ hours per week. This is outbound sales, but done at a higher level. We don’t pressure, manipulate, or push people into something they don’t need. We ask sharp questions, we listen carefully, we challenge them when appropriate, and we guide them toward the solution that will genuinely move their life forward. Importantly, this person has achieved personal success in the Lifehack Tribe program and can speak to that experience. They are positive, excited to support members through their productivity journey, and love talking one-on-one with others. This role reports to the CEO, Carey Bentley, and involves coordination with various other team members too. Key Responsibilities Manage the outbound texting and calling for several groups of leads, including: New leads who have signed up for our masterclass, leads who have clicked our sales page, but not purchased, new members who have just joined the community and need to be introduced to our broader coaching staff who will be in charge of them, and members who are coming up on their year and are at risk of canceling their membership Track data impeccably on google sheets to understand how to improve Come up with new messages and call scripts Analyze data to come up with suggestions for improvement Be thinking constantly about ways to improve the process and suggest changes to Carey Requirements Native English speaker Excitement – you can’t wait to coach clients on the Lifehack Method! Enthusiasm for AI – expertise in leveraging ChatGPT for advanced and ethical AI-assisted workflows Great presentation – you have a place in your house or office with a great background ( not a Zoom background blur or stock photo) and great lighting on your face (no down lighting from overhead lights please). Your webcam is high quality and shows a crisp, clear image in 1080p or higher. While the majority of your communications will be on the phone or via text message, there may be times when a lead asks to get on zoom with you to discuss the details of their situation. Reliability – if you have been scheduled to lead a call, you will be there no matter what. Zero flakiness will be tolerated. If you absolutely need to reschedule due to an emergency or conflict, you do so with as much advance notice as possible. Long-term commitment – you're committed to this position for at least a year or two, with a desire to grow over time. Open to feedback – you don’t get perturbed when someone gives you feedback on how to improve. In fact, you seek it out because you want to grow. Fast internet – minimum internet speeds of 100 mpbs download and 20 mpbs upload (test yours at ) Results & KPIs Improves conversions to our Lifehack Tribe membership and Two Month Transformation products through lead outreach Consistently generates positive feedback from leads after their calls and check-ins with you Gives on-brand, correct, and thoughtful answers to questions and concerns Uses the Lifehack Method to continually see improvements and gains in your personal life, so that you can authentically see the value in what we do here and share that success with new leads Hours, Pay & Availability This position is a part-time W2 employee position. You must be authorized to work for a USA-based company. It requires availability Monday through Friday from 9am ET to 1pm ET, for a total of 20 hours a week, paid hourly only for hours worked Pay is dependent on your experience and value that you bring. It will be a combination of base pay plus bonuses if certain revenue goals are met. Base pay is in the range of $20-$40 per hour. Location This position is 100% remote. The right person will see that as a huge benefit to achieving their lifestyle goals. Communication Expectations Use extreme ownership when communicating with the team. If there is something you need that you aren’t getting, it is your responsibility to follow up and ask for it, multiple times if necessary.
