Large integrated health system seeks a Family Medicine Physician in Connecticut! Multiple locations available! Hebron, Meriden, New London, and Windsor

Benefits:

$255,000 - $355,000 / year, depending on experience
Uncapped wRVU incentive - estimate an additional $50K-$70K
Sign-on bonus or pre-hire bonus/ residency stipend

About the role:

Full time, Monday-Friday
Option for a 4 day work week
100% outpatient, office based primary care setting
Seeing peds and adults
Phone call only - 2 call weekends per year and 1 weeknight every 2 month
